Like my experience, I trust my staff and always hear out their concerns

I am presently employed in the Solution Development Division in the capacity of a Chief Leader to lead development activities of a group and manage staff. I feel recognized and valued by my peers and management after working here. The Management constantly supervised my progress and quickly promoted me to handle projects more independently. In spite of not having as much experience in estimation management specification documentation, I succeeded in overcoming the pressure involved. Such experiences enabled me to become a Chief Leader and manage the affairs of a team. I feel that it is my responsibility to understand concerns of my group members and encourage their physical and mental wellbeing

Work Satisfaction
Client, User as well as Individual It is appealing to have a happy work force It is about the ability to be able to build various products for various clients. I think that the biggest fascination about this job is the thought of a product built by an individual being used by a client across its locations all over the world. I was also delighted to have got the opportunity to deal with and interact with top level management of the client. Moreover, Control system development is more of making a new functionality to improve effeciency rather than making one to measure it.This is where lies the excitement and pleasure of being involved in such projects. Client, User as well as Oneself. I think, this is a job that would make anybody happy.

Joining the company
In a company introduction session, I felt that “These are the areas of the job that interest me!” Right from my University days, I envisaged a future for myself in the Manufacturing Industry. But in my job hunt, I was more open minded and applied to various companies and attended many interviews. I even took up the challenge of Hardware Development and Marketing Agencies, and as a joke applied to this company. This job not only required Manufacturing expertise, but also people skills. This made me think that “This is just the type of job I want to do!”. I then realized this also required me to exercise my creativity, which made this job all the more favorable to me.

Skills we seek
Industry knowledge is of course valuable, but it is as important to work on projects in all phases from start to finish An individual with experience in various platforms and with domain know-how would be a good fit for us. However, even in the case of someone with no previous experience technological platforms and programming languages, we appreciate the ability to interact with clients, the soft skills, negotiation skills, etc. which can be put to use. SI is the division that builds systems from scratch, which makes it necessary to have knowledge in programming languages and technological platforms.
